Watertight & Secure

With patient experience and investment in advanced equipment a priority at the new hospital, a robust waterproofing system was required to ensure low life cycle costs, minimal maintenance and guaranteed longevity. The roofing and waterproofing system comprised of Duoflex SBS modified bitumen, a high tensile strength reinforcement, high performance inverted roof insulation and external finishes including paving supports, paving and ballast.
