SOPREMA HAS REACHED AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MAJORITY STAKE IN SAINT GOBAIN’S PIR INSULATION BUSINESS ASSETS IN THE UK
Strasbourg, France – 6 Dec 2023.
Soprema Group has reached an agreement with Saint-Gobain for the purchase of a majority stake in the Polyisocyanurate insulation (PIR) business assets in the United Kingdom (under the Celotex brand), with the transaction expected to be finalised in early 2024.
