SOPRATHERM XR4000
SOPRATHERM XR4000 (previously Celotex XR4000) is a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board featuring Aluminium foil facings.
Description
SOPRATHERM XR4000 (previously Celotex XR4000) is a polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board with declared thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, featuring a Aluminium foil facing. Available in thicknesses from 110 mm to 200 mm, the product is BBA certified for defined applications including pitched roofs, dry lining and floor constructions, as detailed in Certificate 25/7318.
Reaction to Fire SOPRATHERM XR4000 achieves a reaction to fire classification of Euroclass F in accordance with BS EN 13501-1.
In accordance with current Building Regulations requirements relating to combustibility, the product should not be used in the external walls of relevant buildings over 11 metres in height.
The product should be specified and installed in accordance with applicable Building Regulations, statutory guidance and relevant standards.
